Orders
An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order — occasionally two people reach the last one at once — we will tell you immediately and refund in full.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is shown separately at checkout.
Products
Pieces are made by hand in small runs. Slight variation in colour, embroidery placement and hand-finishing is expected and is not a fault.
Colours on screen vary between devices. If a shade matters to you, write to us before ordering and we will describe it honestly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Lahore.
