Unworn, with tags, within 14 days. We would rather you had the right piece than kept the wrong one.

The window
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange anything, provided it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags.
If something arrives faulty or not as described, the window does not apply — write to us whenever you notice and we will put it right.
How to start one
Email support@unthaa.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply within one working day and arrange collection.
For exchanges within Pakistan we cover return delivery. For refunds, return delivery is yours to arrange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the piece reaching the studio. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to an account in your name.
What we cannot take back
Pieces cut to measure, and anything altered by us at your request. Both are made for you specifically and cannot be resold.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
Alterations instead
If the fit is nearly right, consider an alteration before a return. Hem and waist alterations at our Lahore studio are complimentary, for as long as you own the piece.
