A drop is a small collection released on a set date and made once. Each style is produced in a run of a few pieces. We announce the date by email and on Instagram a week or two beforehand.

Almost never. Occasionally a style joins The Essentials and is made continuously, but a drop piece that sells out is not remade. If a size sells out we will say so on the product page rather than take backorders.

No — everything is first come, first served when the drop opens. Joining the email list is the only advantage we offer, and it is a real one: subscribers are told first.

No. Pieces are allocated at checkout, not when they enter your bag. During a drop that difference matters.

We cut close at the shoulder and generous through the body. Between two sizes, take the larger. Every product page carries a fit note with the model's height and the size she is wearing.

Yes. Hem and waist alterations are complimentary at our Lahore studio for as long as you own the piece. Write to us and we will arrange it.

Email us with your measurements before ordering. For most styles we can advise, and for some we can cut to measure at no extra cost during a drop.

No. Guest checkout is available and always will be. An account simply keeps your order history and details in one place.

Two to four working days within Pakistan once your order leaves the studio, which is usually within 48 hours. Delivery is complimentary on orders over Rs 15,000.

Not yet through the website. Write to us and we will quote a courier — we ship to the Gulf and the UK regularly.

Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. We cover return delivery within Pakistan for exchanges.

Dry clean where the label says so. Press on low heat through a cotton cloth, never directly on embroidery. Store on a padded hanger out of direct light — silk fades faster than it wears out.
